With all the Cultural wars, denominational battles, Spiritual Warfare and religious in fighting I find that I need to Pray daily, “Spirit of Jesus lead me to TRUTH. Give me eyes to see and ears to hear Your Truth for me. “
Jesus said, “There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.”
John 16:12-14 NLT
I need to hear that Truth other than all the other voices clamoring for my attention.
That is why I have set aside a 40 day period of reading no religious books, commentaries or devotionals—only the Bible.
Speak Lord Jesus!
